Who we are
More than an association — a neighborhood
BluHawk is a residential community built around a simple idea: a neighborhood works best when it's cared for together. The homeowners association exists to protect what makes this place worth coming home to — well-maintained shared spaces, consistent standards, and a genuine sense of community.
The association is run by resident volunteers elected by their neighbors. Board meetings are open to every homeowner, minutes are published in the documents library, and this website keeps everything — news, events, forms, and the resident directory — in one place.
